The Minister has given notice of her intention to publish regulations regarding the planning and management of residue stockpiles and residue deposits from a prospecting, mining, exploration or production operation (we omit a reference to the appropriate sections in terms of which the notice is issued as these appear to be incorrectly cited in the notice).
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations or objections to the Minister within 30 days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 15 December 2014).
